ABOUT THE PROJECT
As an Event Manager on this full week of shooting, I coordinated multiple teams of stakeholders in support of segment production aross multiple field locations and our Tonight Show soundstage. Working closely with The Tonight Show writing team and production crew, I oversaw the curation of multiple set environments for segments such as “Life-Size Beer Pong with Pitbull” and “Jimmy and Kevin Ride a Roller Coaster,” as well as the first elephant to ever grace The Tonight Show stage.
Additional events include multiple concerts featuring The Roots, Fun, and Jennifer Lopez as well as the Tonight Show wrap party, a star-studded private exclusive celebration event. Amongst the field segments, four show tapings and rehearsals, and concerts, this event saw over 6,000 attendees across over 40 segment shoots and tapings.
