ABOUT THE PROJECT
In a never before seen synergy effort, NBC Sports worked with Universal Orlando Resort to create the first ever NBC Sports themed restaurant experience. As the Event Manager for the grand opening of this restaurant, it was essential to convey that experience in an immersive grand opening celebration event. This need brought some of the most legendary sports commentators and players such as Bob Costas and Hines Ward to help bring the NBC Sports experience directly to our guests.
This red carpet experience brought press and fans alike, with unique moments that featured the authentic sports fanbase elements of this restaurant as well as the powerhouse history of NBC Sports. Those who stepped foot in this experience left their family vacation and entered moments like the front seat of the NHL playoffs or the courtside game winning shot, all while experiencing unique dining offerings alongside the greatest in sports history.
